Rates are disclosed upfront. You pay the technician directly for their service. SGNLS collects a 13% platform fee. You rate the experience.

Battery Jump
Dead battery or no-start. Tech brings a portable jumpbox or cables.

Fuel Delivery
Ran dry? Tech delivers fuel at per-gallon cost plus a delivery fee.

Tire Change
Flat or blowout. Tech changes to your spare. Rates set by technician.

Lockout
Keys locked in vehicle. Specify your key type — slim jim, Slim Jim Pro, or fob.

Ride Request
Need transport. Billed per mile. Members get a 10% rate discount.

All service rates except rides are set by the independent technician. SGNLS does not set or guarantee technician pricing for non-ride services. Always confirm the rate with your tech before service begins.

Membership does NOT include free tows, free fuel delivery, free tire changes, free jump starts, free lockout service, or any complimentary roadside service of any kind. All services provided by independent technicians are paid separately, per job. SGNLS is not an insurer. By subscribing you agree to the Terms of Service.

Verified Technicians
All SGNLS technicians submit identity documents and are reviewed before approval. Account status is visible in-app.
Live Job Status
You always know what's happening. Job status is live-updated on your Lock Screen via iOS Live Activities.
Rate Every Job
After every completed service, you rate the technician. Low-rated techs are reviewed by SGNLS admin.
Common Questions
Is SGNLS guaranteed to find a tech?
No. SGNLS is a technology platform that connects you with available independent technicians. Response times depend on tech availability in your area. Your signal expands radius automatically every 3 minutes, but if no tech is available, the signal will time out. SGNLS is not responsible for unavailability.
What if I need to be towed?
SGNLS has a Tow Partner program. If the situation requires a tow, your technician can escalate to a tow partner directly from the app. Tow services are coordinated through partner companies at negotiated rates — not free for members.
Are SGNLS techs employees?
No. SGNLS technicians are independent contractors, not employees of B.A.S.S. or SGNLS. SGNLS is a technology marketplace. We are not liable for the quality, safety, timing, or outcome of services provided by independent techs.
What does the platform fee go toward?
The 13% platform fee covers SGNLS operating costs: infrastructure, Firebase backend, Stripe payment processing, app maintenance, customer support, and platform development. It is deducted from the technician's payout, not added to your invoice.
How do I cancel my membership?
App: Profile → Membership → Cancel Subscription. Web: account.SGNLSapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
How do I delete my account?
App: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Web: account.SGNLSapp.com → Delete Account. You will need to re-authenticate. All data is permanently deleted. Active memberships are cancelled with no refund.
