The roadside assistance industry is dominated by large incumbents (AAA, Agero, Urgently) that operate on insurance-gated, slow-dispatch models. The average wait time for traditional roadside assistance is 45–90 minutes. Coverage is uneven. Pricing is opaque. Technicians are underpaid middlemen.

Meanwhile, rideshare platforms have proven that peer-to-peer dispatch at scale works. No comparable platform has applied this model specifically to roadside assistance — until SGNLS.

Bootstrap Story

SGNLS was built without outside capital. Every line of code, every design decision, every Firebase rule, every Stripe integration — written by one person. This is not a pitch deck that became a prototype. This is a live, deployed, App Store-reviewed application.

The bootstrap origin means the cap table is clean, equity is available, and the founder retains full strategic control. Any investment goes directly into growth — not into paying back previous rounds.

What We're Looking For
