What does the $5.99/month membership include?
SGNLS Pro is a platform access and service fee. It includes: priority signal routing (your signal reaches more techs faster), a 10% discount on ride fares ($1.58/mile vs standard $1.75/mile), a Gold member badge on your profile, access to negotiated tow partner rates, and priority support queue. It does NOT include free tows, free fuel, free tire changes, or any complimentary roadside service. All services from techs are paid separately per job.
How do I cancel my membership?
Open the SGNLS iOS app → tap your profile icon → SGNLS Membership → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. You can also email support@SGNLSapp.com to request cancellation.
How much do services cost?
Ride requests: $1.75/mile + $4.00 minimum (members: $1.58/mile). Fuel delivery is charged based on gallons delivered at current prices plus a delivery fee. Tire changes, jump starts, and lockout services are negotiated directly with the technician. SGNLS collects a 13% platform fee on paid services.
What if no tech responds to my signal?
Your signal radius automatically expands every 3 minutes if no tech accepts. You can also cancel and re-drop your signal at any time. SGNLS is not a guaranteed service — response times depend on available techs in your area. We are not responsible for delays due to low tech availability.
How do I delete my account?
Go to account.SGNLSapp.com or open the SGNLS app → Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. You will need to confirm your password. All data is permanently deleted. Active memberships are cancelled with no refund.
Are SGNLS techs employees?
No. SGNLS techs are independent contractors, not employees of B.A.S.S. or SGNLS. SGNLS is a technology platform that connects users with independent techs. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by independent techs.
How do I download my account data?
Sign in at account.SGNLSapp.com → click "Download My Account Data." A JSON file containing your profile, signal history, and job history will be downloaded. You can also request your data by emailing support@SGNLSapp.com.
